All are non-asbestos and hard. Retain heat nicely and can be easily cleaned. Rubber feet raise boards above work surface. Very durable and smooth. Available in 3 sizes: 6" x 6" and 12" x 12" squares, and 6" x 12" rectangle. All are 1/2" thick and can be heated up to 2,000°F.
