Details SUNBURST® Midgets are on a 3/32” shank and are for finishing and polishing hard-to-access areas. The sharp, clean, aluminum oxide grit with a unique, durable plastic binder throughout their body enables them to work faster and last longer than rubber wheels, brushes, buffs and conventional sanders. Available in 6 grits from 80 to 400 and 1 and 6 micron. SUNBURST Midgets generate minimal dust and heat and eliminate the need for polishing compound. Ideal for finishing, smoothing and high-luster polishing of all precious, semi-precious and non-precious metals, acrylics and ceramics. Pumice discs will not scratch stones. Sold in packages of 12 or 72 see related products below. Recommended operating speeds for most applications is 3,000-18,000 RPM (5,000 RPM for woodworking). Lower speeds allow a softer touch, greater flexibility and more subtle results. Higher speeds provide more aggressive material removal. Color coded for easy grit identification.

Details This rubberized wheel is coarse enough to make quick work of grinding jobs yet flexible enough to follow contours and leave a smooth finish. Contains 220 grit silicon carbide abrasive. Measures 4" diameter x 1/2" thick with 1/2" arbor hole. Maximum operating speed: 3,8000rpm.
