Moore's Discs

nap-On Discs feature quick-change, sure-lock brass centers with one cutting face. Silicon Carbide abrasive on a 7/8" diameter paper backing that has a water proof front and is less aggressive than Moore's Sand Discs. Max. operating speed: 30,000rpm. Use with Snap-On Mandrel (see below). Available in Coarse, Medium, and Fine.

Contains long-lasting white aluminum oxide, slightly less aggressive than Garnet Discs and Water Proof Silicon Carbide Discs. Abrasive is glue-bonded onto a thin flexible plastic backing. Flexible and works well on contoured surfaces. Available in 3/4" and 7/8" diameters and 4 grits. Max. operating speed: 30,000rpm.

These premium discs are made of micron-grade aluminum oxide which is electrostatically applied to the resin bonding on a flexible plastic backing. These are our longest lasting discs, with grit evenly dispersed for smooth cutting. The micron grading dramatically narrows the grit size variance for faster cutting. Measure 7/8" diameter.
